This version of our 2023 Loxodonta spent 13 months in Three-Chamber Rye barrels from Leopold Bros. before being conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans and two types of coconut. You'll find coconut macaroon, toasted marshmallow, and hazelnut coffee flavors balanced by a light amount of oak tannins.
