Our brew team used two fruits commonly found in tiki cocktails to create a delicious and refreshing sour ale that could be described as liquid cool. A bioengineered form of brewers yeast that produces lactic acid provides a firm tartness while moderate fruit flavor will help transport you to an island getaway.
