Our Beer - Menu
Originally from the Düsseldorf area, Altbier is a cold-fermented german ale that is rich in malt flavor, but is balanced by noble hop bitterness and a clean, dry finish. For our interpretation, we used a blend of imported german malts, and fermented it cold with our house Kölsch yeast. The result is a balanced copper-colored beer with flavors of toasted bread, dried dark fruits, and a touch of cocoa in the background.
