Tart, sweet and delicious. We added Lactobacillus to our boil kettle and allowed it to run wild in the wort for a day, leaving a lactic tartness. Toward the end of fermentation, we added over 300 lbs of peach purée, which counters the tartness with pleasant sweetness and terrific peach flavor. All we are saying...is Give Peach a Chance. ☮
