BeerTender Pete got to help design, brew, and name this tasty Black IPA for winning this year's staff fantasy football league. We used Simcoe, Citra, Centennial cryo, and Columbus cryo to create lemon, orange, and pine resin flavors that blend beautifully with a dash of sasparilla, toasted bread, and chocolate from the malt.
