Ocho Hundo Smoked Helles

Originally brewed in 2021 as our 800th batch, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to bring it back! A base of 60% beech smoked malt from Germany adds a campfire-like smoky character that is unmistakable but not overwhelming, while also providing honey, cracker, and umami-like undertones. Try it with BBQ, bratwurst, and smoked salmon, or enjoy this exquisite brew on its own.
