Our Beer - Menu
We collabed with Roy Hop Farms to highlight some of the hops they grow on their farm in Washington. Using a base of local Pilsner malt from Root Shoot Malting, we hopped with Roy Farms grown Strata and their experimental variety ADHA 1624. Look for delicate flavors of papaya, peach tea, strawberry, and grapefruit.
