Forget spirit animals, what's your spirit hop? For many of us, it's Mosaic. This west-coast IPA uses Mosaic T-90 pellets, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Incognito oil to produce lime, tangerine, subtle guava and blueberry candy, and punchy resinous dank and pine.
