Forget spirit animals, what's your spirit hop? For Head Brewer Tyler, it's Simcoe. This west-coast IPA uses Simcoe T-90 pellets, Simcoe Cryo, and Simcoe Hyperboost oil to produce white gummy bear, melon rind, grapefruit, and resinous pine character. This is a delightful way to get Simcoe's full expression and see what it's all about.
