Tetto Italian Pils

"Tetto" is Italian for rooftop, and although it is available wherever you take it, we think it truly shines on our upstairs deck. A blend of Saphir and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops contribute bright floral and Asian pear characteristics with a touch of herbal bitterness. We chose a malt that was grown near Venice and the Adriatic Sea to highlight the terroir of the region and stay traditional to this emerging style.
