Edgewater's first, oldest, and favorite brewery is now the Sloan's lake area's first to offer a craft seltzer. While our facility produces gluten products, we did not add any gluten containing ingredients to the production of this refreshing hard seltzer. All natural orange and tangerine purées and a dry hop of Citra create delicious and refreshing flavors that compliment the snappy carbonation. With only around 120 calories per serving, this is one you can guiltlessly crush wherever your day takes you.

From Cervercería de Joyride comes the preeminent patio crusher this side of the Rio Grande. Brewed with a blend of pilsner malt and corn for a crisp finish and a touch of sweetness, as well as Vienna for a light bready backend. Saaz hops provide just enough bitterness to counter the sweet, keeping this as easy drinking as a day at the beach. It's clean and delicious as is, but it's also terrific with a squeeze of lime. Why have one when you can have dos?

In the winter after Thomas Sloan flooded his farm, he would cut ice from the lake and sell it to local breweries. As most brewers in the day were of German descent, a Kölsch style beer could have been produced. Our Kölsch is a classic interpretation of the style, very smooth & drinkable like a lager with a light fruit flavor from ale fermentation. It has moderate levels of bitterness and noble hop flavor & a crisp, dry finish. Nothing pairs better with our lakeside view than our Kölsch.

"The Red Elephant" is our take on a Mexican style amber lager. We started with a bready Vienna Lager base recipe and added corn for a slight sweetness and lighter body. It's lovely as is, or with a squeeze of lime. It's fantastic for Cinco de Mayo, but it'll be great on Seis de Junio, Siete de Julio, and every day in between. Put on your party shirt and order one up!

Hawaiian for "King Coconut" or "Coconut King", this coconut hefeweizen is all about chill island vibes. Two types of coconut were added to our 50% wheat Hefeweizen base beer for a blend of coconut, banana, vanilla wafer, and clove flavors.

Black Razz is in your face with fruit flavor and aroma. This beer takes our brewmaster back to summers spent in northern Wisconsin when he'd pick wild blackberries and raspberries with his grandparents. We used nearly 400 lbs of fruit puree with the mix being about 57% blackberry. This "Blonde" pours a beautiful purple/pink color and has a faint fruit tartness on the back end. It's berry good!

Ignacio Zaragoza is best known for winning the battle of Puebla, where Mexican forces defeated the French, which is now celebrated on Cinco De Mayo. Our take on the German gose style is tart and salty, with agave syrup and lime and orange purée added instead of coriander. This refreshing and effervescent ale is full of glory and is as close to a beer margarita as you'll ever find.

Brewed to take you back to the islands in your mind, this sour beer was brewed with a blend of pineapple, orange, and guava purées. Aloha!

Collaboration with our friends at Westbound & Down and Roy Hop Farms. This highly drinkable West-Coast Pils uses Roy Farms' Adeena and Strata hops, as well as a pinch of our Citra Cryo for sweet orange and lemon zest character with a floral backend. Brewed by friends and designed to be drank with friends.

Named after Edgewater's motto, this west-coast IPA is brewed with hand-selected hops that were picked by our Head Brewer, Tyler Bies. Citra Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, and Mosaic Dynaboost deliver mango, lime, and peach flavors with a touch of pine on the backend.

Bronze at 2023 World Beer Cup®. This modern west-coast IPA has so much hop flavor, you're going to need more room for activities. You Have To Call Me Nighthawk was brewed with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, Simcoe cryo, and Strata for pineapple, mixed berry, tangerine, and resinous pine character. The perfect pairing with fancy sauce while doing karate in the garage.

Brewed with northern Washington's Stemma Brewing. Their Brewing Manager, Pat, and our Head Brewer, Tyler, were both previously the Head Brewer at Denver's Wit's End Brewing, so we decided to brew reimagined version of one of their flagships. Citra, Citra cryo, Vista, and Columbus cryo hops provide juicy fruit gum, cantaloupe rind, and dried apricot flavors with a light resinous finish.

Coffee, chocolate, golden stout. Brewed by Lady Justice as a collaboration between us and independent Colorado beer media.

This coffee stout was brewed with a blend of English and German malts, oats, and infused with over 12# of La Donta Peruvian coffee from our friends at Sweet Bloom Coffee. Rich and layered with flavors of mocha, dark chocolate, walnuts, and maple.
