Our Policies

Please help us to follow the law and keep our space as safe as possible for our staff and fellow customers by adhering to the following:

• If you are feeling sick, or are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms, we ask that you don't visit us until you're feeling better.

• Due to Jefferson County regulations, we are no longer allowed to have dogs inside the taproom. Customers with dogs are allowed to sit at our street-side patio.

• Only humans who are 21+ are allowed on the rooftop deck. Children and those under 21 are welcome in our downstairs taproom and street-side patio.

• There is NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed anywhere, including the rooftop & street seating. Violators will be immediately removed.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is unwilling to abide by our safety policies and will ask them to leave.
